The T-shirt design contest for the 20th annual Hometown Festival is underway. Entries must be turned in by Thursday, April 4th. All of the details can be found on our Design Contest flier.

Note that this year’s contest is a little different than in years past: To highlight the 20th Anniversary of the Round Hill Hometown Festival, we are asking students to use the outlines of “20th” provided on the flier as the basis for their designs.

THANK YOU sponsors!

The Hometown Festival received the following note of thanks yesterday from a local resident:

“I was extremely appreciative that it wasn’t just rows on rows of vendors hawking goods, but instead some wonderful music and dancing as well as FREE events and fun for the kids. As parents we are “ticketed” to death for everything and it was so wonderful for them to be able to ride a carnival ride and play in a bouncy house at no cost to the families.”

The Festival committee would not be able to plan and provide the events and attractions we do without the unwavering support of our local business sponsors. It is their generosity that makes it possible for the Festival to be free.

So once again, we would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to each of the businesses that make the Hometown Festival the Best Day of the Year in Round Hill! Please visit them and support their businesses whenever you can!
