Everybody Loves a Parade!

The Hometown Festival parade is one of the highlights of spring in Round Hill!

This year the parade will kickoff at 10 a.m. — that’s a little later than last year and has been changed to give more buffer time between the 5k and the parade lineup, which will begin at 9 a.m.

The parade route starts in Mountain Valley and heads south through Hillwood Estates before turning on to Main Street and ending on East Loudoun Street in front of the Town Park, where spectators and participants are encouraged to stay for the Memorial Ceremony that follows the parade as well as a full day of free family-friendly fun!

Local businesses and organizations are invited to participate! Register online at https://tinyurl.com/RHParade2025.

2025 T-shirt Design Contest Underway

Calling all elementary school artists in the 20141! Submit your artwork for this year’s Hometown Festival T-shirt and have a chance not only to have your design featured on our Festival shirts, but also to ride in a Round Hill Volunteer Fire and Rescue truck in this year’s Festival parade!

Details of how to submit your artwork can be found here! All artwork is due to either Mrs. Fink at Round Hill Elementary School or to the Round Hill Town Office by Thursday, April 4.

This year we are celebrating Round Hill’s 125th birthday, so designs may incorporate that theme and/or our traditional patriotic themes. Please limit designs to no more than three colors and use markers (not crayons) since they reproduce better.

Good luck! We can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Help Make the 21st Annual Hometown Festival the Best Day of the Year by Being a Sponsor!

The Round Hill Hometown Festival would not be possible without the generous support of local businesses and individuals. It is through their sponsorships that the Festival can remain a FREE community event. Sponsorships are available at all levels — from a $50 family t-shirt sponsor to the $1,250 amusements or stage sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Flier for all the details on how to sign up and help make this year’s Hometown Festival the best one yet!

HTF 2025 — 100 Days Away!

This year’s Hometown Festival will be celebrating the 125th Anniversary of the chartering of the Town of Round Hill. So mark your calendars and plan to join in the fun!

Was Saturday the Best Day of the Year in Round Hill?

We hope everyone had a FANTASTIC day on Saturday at the 20th Annual Round Hill Hometown Festival!

Every year the Festival Committee works hard to make the Best Day of the Year in Round Hill just a little bit better than the prior year. This means we are already brainstorming ideas and taking notes for next year — and we need your help!

Please take just a couple of minutes to fill out our survey to let us know what you liked best and where you think we can improve for next year! And mark your calendars now for SATURDAY, MAY 24, 2025!
