The Hometown Festival 5k and Parade are almost here! Please be aware of ROLLING ROAD CLOSURES between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, while the 5k runners and parade are traveling their routes.

The race starts and ends at Round Hill Elementary School, running down Evening Star Drive, Woodgrove Road/Main Street, and through the Brentwood Springs neighborhood.

The parade lineup begins at 9 a.m. on the west side of Evening Star Drive. In order to avoid runners along the 5k route, we ask parade participants to arrive using Evening Star Drive to Greenwood Commons to Main Street/Woodgrove Road (the route marked A to B on the map) in order to NOT PASS Round Hill Elementary School. Early arrivals may be stopped and held along Greenwood Commons or Main Street as runners at the end of the race complete the course.

Beginning at 10 a.m., the parade will travel from Evening Star Drive heading south and then east through Greenwood Commons and Hillwood Estates to Main Street and then south to the Town Park on East Loudoun Street.
