Let the Music Play!
We have a great line-up this year on the Town Park Main Stage from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm with something for everyone! We’ll be introducing the musical talents in detail this week, but here’s a sneak peek at the full schedule.

In addition, look forward to:
* A bubble station guided by an expert bubble performer will be on hand to create magic in the Town Park from approximately 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
* Lisa Andersen & Friends performing inside C’est Bon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
* Gia Russo performing on the front porch of Tammy’s Diner from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
New Sponsorship Opportunity for 2025!
Introducing Cornhole Tournament Sponsorships! Our cornhole tournament is here to stay and, as a result, we are purchasing four sets of boards to use this year and moving forward. To offset this expense, we are looking for sponsors for our tournament. Choose between a standard sign for $250 or a larger premium sign for $500. This sponsorship is not listed on our flier, so for information or to sign up, see our Sponsorships Page or email info@hometownfestival.org.

Come early and stay late! We can’t wait to celebrate Round Hill’s 125th birthday with you!
Have You Got the Time?

A successful Hometown Festival takes many hands to help the event run smoothly. Volunteer roles range from closing intersections for the 5k and parade to helping break down the park after the evening concert. If you can spare an hour or two during the day on Saturday, May 24, please consider signing up for a shift (or two!). As a thank you, volunteers are eligible for $5 off this year’s Hometown Festival T-shirt or can chose a free pre-2024 shirt from our “vintage” collection. Flying high!

Congratulations to Walter Buras, a Round Hill 4th grader, whose red, white and blue kite design will adorn this year’s Hometown Festival t-shirts!
Round Hill 5k Registration is LIVE

Online registration closes at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 19. Race day registration begins at 7:00 a.m. at Round Hill Elementary School. The race-day fee is $38/racer for all ages.
Trophies will be awarded to the first overall male and female finishers in the 5K. Medals will be awarded to the top two male and female finishers in each of the following age group classes: 9 and under, 10-12, 13–17, 18–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and over 60.
The Kids 1/2-mile Fun Run will be held on the elementary school track immediately following the conclusion of the 5K, typically about 9:15 a.m. No registration needed. Participants in the Fun Run will receive ribbons.
Everybody Loves a Parade!

The Hometown Festival parade is one of the highlights of spring in Round Hill!
This year the parade will kickoff at 10 a.m. — that’s a little later than last year and has been changed to give more buffer time between the 5k and the parade lineup, which will begin at 9 a.m.
The parade route starts in Mountain Valley and heads south through Hillwood Estates before turning on to Main Street and ending on East Loudoun Street in front of the Town Park, where spectators and participants are encouraged to stay for the Memorial Ceremony that follows the parade as well as a full day of free family-friendly fun!
Local businesses and organizations are invited to participate! Register online at https://tinyurl.com/RHParade2025.

2025 T-shirt Design Contest Underway

Calling all elementary school artists in the 20141! Submit your artwork for this year’s Hometown Festival T-shirt and have a chance not only to have your design featured on our Festival shirts, but also to ride in a Round Hill Volunteer Fire and Rescue truck in this year’s Festival parade!
Details of how to submit your artwork can be found here! All artwork is due to either Mrs. Fink at Round Hill Elementary School or to the Round Hill Town Office by Thursday, April 4.
This year we are celebrating Round Hill’s 125th birthday, so designs may incorporate that theme and/or our traditional patriotic themes. Please limit designs to no more than three colors and use markers (not crayons) since they reproduce better.
Good luck! We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Help Make the 21st Annual Hometown Festival the Best Day of the Year by Being a Sponsor!

The Round Hill Hometown Festival would not be possible without the generous support of local businesses and individuals. It is through their sponsorships that the Festival can remain a FREE community event. Sponsorships are available at all levels — from a $50 family t-shirt sponsor to the $1,250 amusements or stage sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Flier for all the details on how to sign up and help make this year’s Hometown Festival the best one yet!
